Commercial Use

You may not use the Beltainkiss.com service to: o Promote any commercial goods or services;

I have read and fully understand the above agreement, and I affirm and swear that viewing/downloading/receiving sexually explicit materials does not violate the standards of your community, that I won't make any of the materials available to minors in any form, that I believe it is my constitutional right to view these materials, that I am wholly liable for any legal ramifications that may arise for my receiving or viewing of these materials and that I am over the age of 18.

1. Eligibility. You must be eighteen (18) or over to register as a member of Beltainkiss.com or use this Web site. Membership in the Service is invalid where prohibited. By using this Web site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Service is for the personal use of individual members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not become members and should not use the Service for any purpose.

2. Registration and Subscription Although you may register as of member of the Service for free, if you wish to communicate with other members and use certain other parts of the Service, you must become a subscriber and pay the fees that are set out in the price list located on www.Beltainkiss.com/subscribe. This price list is part of this contract. We can change the subscription fees for the Service at any time but we will give you reasonable notice of this before we do so. If you are unhappy with any subscription fee changes you may terminate your membership by writing to us at our address listed below.

3. Term and Termination a. This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you are a member of the Service. Under the United Kingdom Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you can postpone commencement of the Service until the seven working day cooling-off period has expired. However, if you choose to become a member and enter the Web site, you are electing to commence the Service immediately and you thereby waive any right to cancel the Service under these regulations. b. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Beltainkiss.com ., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable legal fees (Solicitors/ attorney), made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
